Selecting a home care agency is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.  Not all agencies are equal.  The agency you choose will determine the quality of care providers, the level of standards, the tools and infrastructure to support good communication and coordination, and how supported the care provider in your home feels.

It depends on the specific service or services required.  Our aim is to provide you with a Care Team who can best fit your needs, and not just a warm body.

The cost to you is very much dependent on your specific needs and available funding resources.  We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to learn more about what we offer and how we can develop a plan that works for your budget.

Hiring a Care Provider can often be an overwhelming, confusing, and frustrating process. With all of the choices available, it is important to be aware of some challenges which may arise should you choose to hire a Care Provider on your own.

Here are some specific reasons why we are set up to support you:

  1. Allumé has developed a 6-step interview process to screen Care Providers on a diverse range of factors – from communication, professionalism, thoughtfulness, gentleness, trustworthiness, reliability, skill, experience, education, and knowledge.
  2. We assess and screen all of our Care Providers.
  3. We have access to hundreds of applicants and have selected only the very best to be part of our pool of Care Providers
  4. We take care of the details of being the employer – managing them, engaging them, dealing with payroll, unemployment insurance, workers compensation insurance labor & employment laws.
  5. We provide ongoing training to our employees and a culture that Care Providers love. They are continuously growing, learning, and plugged into a caring community that makes sure they feel supported, while they are supporting you or a loved one.
