Welcome to the 90 Day Success Program!

This program is designed to ensure your first 90 days with Allumé are successful and positive.  Upon completion of orientation and onboarding, the next step is to begin the 90 Day Success Program.

Each week, you will be invited to participate in continued training.  The training is designed to help you learn and navigate your job clinically, culturally, and personally.  We have designed the experience to be somewhat interactive and look forward to receiving your weekly responses.

2.     In the body of the email, give us your name, address, and mobile number.

3.     We will mail out your copy pronto!

 

SECOND – Read the book in full.  This is the honor system, folks, so we trust that if you say you read it, you did.

 

THIRD – Complete the Book Club Participation Form,

 

FOURTH – We will pay you $30 within 30 days.

What Is The Allumé Book Club?

Every month, the Allumé Leadership Team reads a book together.  Topics are related to mindset, leadership, business, entrepreneurship, customer service, and inspiration.  A book is selected to support the growth of ourselves and of our team.  We invite our employees and larger to community to participate in the Monthly Book Club, so we can expand our shared knowledge.

If you read the book of the month and fill out the Book Club Participation Form, you will receive a cash bonus!

The amount of the cash bonus depends on the book. Book bonuses range from $20-100.

 

How To Participate

1.     Read the book of the month.

2.     Fill out the Book Club Participation Form.

3.     Receive book bonus payment within 30 days.
