Welcome to the 90 Day Success Program!

This program is designed to ensure your first 90 days with Allumé are successful and positive.  Upon completion of orientation and onboarding, the next step is to begin the 90 Day Success Program.

Each week, you will be invited to participate in continued training.  The training is designed to help you learn and navigate your job clinically, culturally, and personally.  We have designed the experience to be somewhat interactive and look forward to receiving your weekly responses.

Should you have questions, please contact Christine Schmidlin at admin@allumecares.com.
